About NV Services, LLC

Founded in 2013 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, NV Services, LLC was established by licensed engineers Neyssa Varela and Nestor Vale as a response to Puerto Rico’s evolving market. Facing historic challenges from a decade-long economic crisis and recurring natural disasters, Puerto Rico presented an urgent need for resilient, innovative solutions. Eng. Neyssa Varela, dedicated to enhancing Puerto Rico’s quality of life and economic landscape, recognized an opportunity in new construction, remodeling, maintenance, consulting, and comprehensive general contracting services. Together, Varela and Vale have managed over $250 million in diverse construction projects.

Our distinguished client portfolio includes respected public and private entities such as Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, the U.S. Coast Guard, Ponderosa/Bonanza Restaurants, PR Army National Guard, Sartorius Stedim Biotech, U.S. Corps of Engineers, the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, and the Puerto Rico Methodist Church, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, among others. Many of these collaborations were initiated through recommendations from architects who trust us to deliver results that meet client specifications, on time, and within budget.
