NV Services, LLC was established in San Juan, Puerto Rico, 2013 by licensed engineers Neyssa Varela and Nestor Vale as a response to Puerto Rico’s changing market. Puerto Rico is facing historic challenges due to a decade of economic crisis and natural disasters. Eng. Neyssa Varela, who is committed to improving Puerto Rico’s quality of life and economic development, saw an opportunity in new, remodeling, maintenance, consulting, and General Contractor services. Combined Varela and Vale have managed over $200 million in construction projects. Their client portfolio feature renowned public and private entities including, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceutical, US Coast Guard, Ponderosa/ Bonanza Restaurants, PR Army National Guard, Sartorius Stedim Biotech, US Corps of Engineers, The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority , and Puerto Rico Methodist Church, among other. Our involvement in many of these projects began as a recommendation from architects with whom we work closely to complete the work according to the clients’ specifications within budget, and on time. Our team is highly experienced and personally performs most of the construction work.
